Ben Caspersz
Ben is a communications expert specialising in behaviour change. He’s the founder of Claremont, one of the UK’s leading behaviour change agencies. An early advocate of the application of behavioural science in communications and innovation programmes, Ben regularly speaks at events sharing his own story as a practitioner developing new skills whilst building his business, as well as giving insights into how to apply behaviour change tools and methodologies to achieve social change.
Azim Arsiwala
As a senior consultant at Claremont, Azim is currently leading projects that involve reducing road collisions and fatalities, optimising clinical research programmes, influencing language transmission through Music, and driving behaviour change in the early years sector. Azim has spoken at several events to share his applied experience on behaviour change and has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Manchester.

Dan Hall
Dan is the Sustainability Engagement Officer at UCL. In this role, he leads on staff and student engagement in sustainability, including behaviour change initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns. Previously, he was Access, Outreach & Internships Officer at the School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford, leading on widening participation, outreach, and sustainability careers for the department. He has worked with and advised several organisations and companies in the widening participation sector.
