We are thrilled to welcome Juliane Caillouette Noble, Managing Director of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, as one of our distinguished speakers.
Juliane will share her expertise on engaging staff across the spectrum – from independent operators to large hospitality networks – to drive meaningful change. She will explore the barriers and opportunities in sustainable water management, showcasing success stories that demonstrate the industry’s appetite for transformation. Juliane will also delve into the untapped potential of water savings across hospitality networks, offering practical solutions to overcome hurdles and reduce direct costs.
With a background in nutrition and a love of good food, Juliane’s career has been deeply engaged in global food policy issues ranging from sustainable farming and urban growing to food education and school food systems. She has designed food education tools and resources for teachers, developed local and global campaigns, and served as a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group for School Food in the UK.
The Sustainable Restaurant Association (The SRA) is on a mission to accelerate change towards a global hospitality sector that is environmentally restorative and socially progressive through its unique sustainability accreditation, the Food Made Good Standard. Juliane came to The SRA in 2016 as Development Director and became Managing Director in January 2021. She is focused on growing the impact of Food Made Good around the world.
