An exceptional opportunity has been created within our Commercial Team for a highly experienced B2B Business Development Manager, responsible for the development and delivery of Waterscan’s UK-wide Sales Plan, working collaboratively with the Communications and Account Management teams.

Leading the business development function at Waterscan means you’ll be directly responsible for identifying and qualifying leads among our agreed target markets. The role also takes responsibility for nurturing relationships and creating tailor-made proposals, delivering persuasive presentations and negotiating, and ultimately closing, deals. Key tasks include:

  1. Collaborating with the Communications team to tailor messaging to potential customers and generate new leads
  2. Working with the Commercial Director to create a Sales plan and delivering against targets set, with support from the Management Team
  3. Generating incremental revenue with the Account Management team by developing and nurturing opportunities to extend work with existing customers
  4. Working with our team of analysts to provide prospects with data driven proposals to highlight the benefits of proactive water management with Waterscan
  5. Ensuring commercial terms optimise returns with the Finance team

We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in sustainability/environmental issues; ideally passionate and knowledgeable about water. We would prefer the successful candidate to live within a 60 minute commute of our Head Office in Chichester.

Data Services Reporting Engineer

We’re now recruiting a second Data Services Reporting Engineer (a BI tool expert), assisting both internal and external customers with their reporting requirements. They will be responsible for ensuring that Looker Best Practices are adhered to and that all internal users are adequately trained. They should have a deep understanding of business processes and BI reporting requirements in order to assist the rest of the Data Services Team to create, manage & maintain a robust Data Framework.

The successful candidate should be analytical, organised, dependable, integrity, adaptable, methodical, self motivated, creative, commercially aware.

Retail Services Analyst

Due to the expansion of our Retail Services Team based at our head office in Chichester, we are recruiting a new full time, permanent Retail Services Analyst. The role involves data cleansing and completing transactional & administrational retail processes on behalf of our self-supply customers. The role also includes assisting the Senior Retail Services Analysts with tasks such as reporting using a BI tool and monthly allocation reports. The ideal candidate needs to be process driven, analytical, diligent & organised. They need to be able to produce a high volume of accurate work and demonstrate data/analytical skills through training/education or work experience.
