Our expertise has delivered exceptional results for organisations across a range of sectors.

During 2023-2024, we helped businesses achieve £12.5 million in savings, proving the financial benefits of effective water management. Our unwavering focus on efficiency led to 3.4 billion litres of water consumption saving for customers, through optimising usage and reducing waste. This was delivered with a 99.8% Market Performance Score, demonstrating how we consistently delivered operational excellence across all projects.

From sustainability planning to technical support, we’ve been instrumental in helping organisations tackle key water challenges.

  • Advise: We supported new customers, including Grundfos and Ten Pin, with environmental reporting and water neutrality planning, and four customers with water strategies and CDP disclosure analysis and submission. These initiatives not only addressed compliance requirements but also drove meaningful progress toward sustainability goals.
  • Supply: By optimising water procurement strategies and transitioning new businesses like FCC, Intergen, and Futamura to Self-Supply models, we empowered clients to take control of their water resources and achieve cost efficiencies. Whilst seven customers renewed their commitment to Self-Supply. Retail supply solutions were delivered for Nando’s and Aston Manor, with tailored support to meet specific business needs.
  • Support: Through technical consulting, advanced monitoring solutions, and leakage reduction programs, we delivered tailored projects for clients including Stagecoach, University of Brighton, and University of Nottingham to improve efficiency, compliance and performance.

Customers remain central to everything we do. Highlights from 2024 include:

  • Helping one customer to achieve leakage savings of circa £950,000 in FY23/24, following circa £1,000,000 in FY22/23.
  • Supporting a retail client with £900,000 in initial Self-Supply savings and an additional £400,000 over the past two years.
  • Delivering £370,000 in water savings for another retail customer last year, building on circa £645,000 in 2023 and £875,000 in 2022.
  • Developing water neutrality strategies for organisations at the beginning of their sustainability journey, whilst improving another CDP score from B to A- for a customer at a more advanced stage of their journey.

The most important element of what we do, is to create a sustainable water future for generations to come, building business resilience and the opportunity for growth at the same time. That starts by saving water and we saved 3.4 billion litres over the past two years. Our top three sector achievements across 2023-2024 were:

In June, we hosted our second Water Matters event, achieving record attendance and attracting representatives from top-tier UK companies. With plans to limit the 2025 event to 200 places, Water Matters will focus on delivering impactful discussions and actionable insights for attendees. The event returns in June 2025 with the goal of doubling its impact and expanding its audience profile.

In November, we launched the inaugural “Talking Water” webinar series, by first addressing the water challenges faced by the Higher Education sector. Building on this success, the second webinar in April 2025 will explore solutions tailored to the Hospitality industry.
