With nearly 30 years of experience in the water industry, Neil has established himself as a prominent leader. Since founding Waterscan in 1994, he has grown the company into the UK’s largest water management consultancy. Neil’s deep understanding of the sector, coupled with his long-standing relationships with business customers, uniquely positions him to make a valuable contribution to MOSL.

Neil has been an active member of the water industry governance structure for many years, serving on the Disputes Committee since 2017 and holding positions on the Market Performance Committee, the MPF Reform Programme Steering Group, and the Market Improvement Fund Selection Committee.

As Neil steps into this new role, we also extend our gratitude to Jo Dow for her leadership and dedication to MOSL’s progress over the past three years. Jo’s work has been instrumental in driving forward key market initiatives, and we look forward to building on the solid foundation she has helped establish.
