We’re excited to announce that Neil Pendle, Managing Director of Waterscan, has been appointed as the new Unassociated Retailer Non-Executive Director of the Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) Board, effective from 18th September 2024.
Neil succeeds Jo Dow, CEO of Business Stream, who has completed her impactful three-year term. You can see the full announcement on MOSL’s website.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the water industry, Neil has established himself as a prominent leader. Since founding Waterscan in 1994, he has grown the company into the UK’s largest water management consultancy. Neil’s deep understanding of the sector, coupled with his long-standing relationships with business customers, uniquely positions him to make a valuable contribution to MOSL.
Neil has been an active member of the water industry governance structure for many years, serving on the Disputes Committee since 2017 and holding positions on the Market Performance Committee, the MPF Reform Programme Steering Group, and the Market Improvement Fund Selection Committee.
As Neil steps into this new role, we also extend our gratitude to Jo Dow for her leadership and dedication to MOSL’s progress over the past three years. Jo’s work has been instrumental in driving forward key market initiatives, and we look forward to building on the solid foundation she has helped establish.
Neil’s appointment represents a continued focus on strengthening water management and collaboration across the sector. We look forward to the fresh perspective and leadership contribution he will bring to MOSL.
