Contracts Manager

The role involves the implementation and management of the contract and relationship between the Wholesalers (e.g. Southern Water) and Waterscan’s customers (the Self-Supply Retailers – e.g. Whitbread). The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Wholesalers’ performance is satisfactory and providing reports to the Retail Services and Management team. They will also act as a mediator between the Wholesalers and Self-Supply Retailers and proactively engage in market forums and events.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and have contract management and/or account management experience and possibly be from a supply chain or procurement background. Knowledge of the water industry would be useful. Strong administration skills and an ability to create and follow processes are essential along with the drive and enthusiasm to take ownership of the Wholesale/Retail relationship.

Account Executive

Working within the Waterline Team based in our Chichester office, this role involves; water bill validation, analysis & reporting for a portfolio of clients identifying and securing potential savings. Strong numeracy, IT and analytical skills required along with an aptitude for customer service. An ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines is essential.
